About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technology Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier technology talent with our innovative client companies.
You’ll leverage our AI-powered platform and your industry expertise to identify exceptional candidates and build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and IT professionals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology companies and startups
- Utilize our AI-powered matching platform to identify ideal candidate fits
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and technical assessments
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes between clients and candidates
- Provide career guidance and negotiation support to candidates
- Meet and exceed individual and team placement targets
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technology recruitment, either agency or corporate
- Proven track record of successfully placing software engineers and technology professionals
- Strong understanding of technology stacks, programming languages, and development methodologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
